Drawings and a specification are agreed first. Smith Built then schedules the trades, manages the site, and hands over the finished house. If the programme or the cost has to change, that is explained when it happens.
Yes. A kitchen or bathroom can be remodelled while the rest of the house stays as it is. A larger home renovation, an addition, or a deck is scoped separately when that is the job you want done.
Smith Built constructs new houses and other new buildings. Home building, building construction, and new building construction are taken from the agreed drawings through to handover, with one builder responsible for trades, programme, and the finished result.

Smith Built renovates and remodels existing homes. A whole-home renovation and a single-room remodel are both in scope. Kitchen remodelling and bathroom remodelling can be done on their own when the rest of the house is staying as it is.

Smith Built builds additions and decks onto existing homes. Home addition construction is planned against the structure that is already there. Deck construction covers new decks and deck work tied to the house.

Repair work is scoped to the fault rather than treated as a full renovation. That includes interior structural repairs, flooring repair, and general repairs and maintenance. What is included is written down before anyone starts.
